The honest answer is Yes, after that run that particular chip did run Kelly.
Unfortunately that was not the last run of the day though lol.

AddRAM, when you get the Sabertooth, don't forget to press the secret hidden overclock button.
It comes with a secret decoder ring.
Nice job Paul you and Steve are wildmen running over 1.9V.
I got pushed down 3 spots, lol.

Gary, Paul is in a league of his own. I've never come close to 1.9V.

Maybe with his next chip he can push 2 volts

Just got the Sabertooth, looks used, 2 bent dimm slots, every Motherboard I`ve ever bought has a piece of tape used on the anti-static bag, none here. No cellophane wrapping on the box, not sure if it should have that, but right away it through up a red flag. Now I have to ship it back, wait for my refund, then order another one. Maybe I`ll use Newegg this time. Just wish they had one at Micro Center and I would`ve driven out to buy it, could`ve checked it over right there on the spot.
Asus quality control my A@@
It`s so frustrating when you have no control over any of this process.

I sent you a couple PM you could make ASUS do a RMA and they will for sure give you a brand new board
Microcenter unfortunately would probably give you some kind of BS over it ,I know Fry' tries to play that game when you buy it as is BS

I am probably not looking at th right thing but my i5 3750K supposedly is set to 3.4 and turbo 3.8 but Core Temp is telling me it is belting it out at 4.1Ghz.
I did try watching this video on OCing but when I got to the beginners but this bloke reckons that the BIOS just needed setting to whatever and have it enabled so all cores changed at once but it didn't work, and that is when I also noticed the 4.1Ghz.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=20rCMNzkwJo at 3.29 minutes he mentions a TPU switch that will auto OC the machine that I have never touched it because I am not that game to do that sort of stuff. So I went on to do that following instructions for the Tweaker part at 6.22 minutes.
All in all I am now lost as to what is happening any ideas please??

Where di you buy it? I called Amazon today because I found a bent pin in my Sabertooth, new one will be here tomorrow and they sent a pre=paid label to send the bad one back. Whoever you got it from should do the same for you but may take a phone call. Some shady vendors DO put RMAs back on their shelves for sale even if returned defective.
They aren't wrapped in cellophane though. The ones I've gotten have no tape on the anti-static bag either. I've had about 6 different ones the past few weeks and all shipped like that.

Sounds like you used the EZ part of BIOS and clicked the high performance profile. If it's satble, and it should be, it'll be fine. You said your RAM "started" running at 2400.
