    Yeah, sometimes the oldies are the best, the more simple the CPU the better it will OC, it will have been done using Liquid Nitrogen though. In fact all the speeds on there will have been.

    Edit: And the top one will no doubt have been done with only 1 core running not all 8.

    Absolutely, if someone is mad enough to do it then it's fine. There are no rules regarding overclocks, if you can do it and get it validated then it's fine.

    So liquid helium too i guess. One more: Is there any way of using dry ice for cooling? (Just wondering because i never will overclock)

    No idea on that one mate, but I am guessing it is not effective as nobody uses it. LN2 seems to be the norm for extreme overclocking.

    I think it still works though: Dry Ice 101: The Basics - Overclockers Forums i guess people who can't afford LN2 could use this method.
