CoolMaster, but it's personal preference in the end. If you want to reduce noise you can add thin sound deadening material to the inside of the case, check frozencpu.com for the material.

I like the Fractal Design cases, they have a good price and have quite a few of the "must have" features and not a lot of the crap you will never use. You can take a look at the Antec P280 as well.....suppose to be a really silent case and is made by people that know how to build cases.

I've got the Cooler Master Silencio 650 and it's an awesome case. I'd recommend that if you can stretch to it, noise levels are extremely low. But bare in mind your other components will be a factor in the amount of noise the rig makes as a whole, the case will only help so much.
