Could be the LLC which is auto
I would think it's the auto LLC it goes all over because of the Phase switching you set it to extreme or the setting below it I think it will even out across the board but as long as you are using the HW monitor and AIDA they are basically telling you the truth and would just leave it at that
I doubt all programs read the same anyway and the two you have used you said yourself they were right on target
It keeps your V-core constant at the same voltage with out droop meaning loss of voltage that is supplied
LLC on auto could use more then what you have it actually set too if you set it to like a med to high range it would be solid and wouldn't add or subtract power it would be 100% locked at that but there is a possibility you would see a .1 to .3 decrease in voltage over time nothing to worry about though if the PSU is solid everything else will be too
