You may be able to bump the OC to 4.2 with no voltage adjustments.

Tommy are you sure your mean 5V and 15V?
what i mean is by .5 you know little by little not by a whole 5v

you should be able to run 4.2 with 1.2v that is really low

Also don't jump into OCing with both feet right away. Run it stock, except set your RAM to it's specs. Run some benchmarks and stress tests with the volts and CPU at stock for a few days. IF anything is wrong it better to find it than with an OC on it.

its been running at stock for a month lol. except RAM i wasent able to change it to stock, so is running at wrong timings and speed. but ya i know. ive ran prime for about an hour and it was fine. no errors. i got to play around with power saving features and such too.
