Yeah, Mike currently has a slim PC which he can't add a GPU card, case is too narrow so he's considering a new build in the 1K rang.

Here is what Mike now has: ProductWiki: Acer Aspire X3810 - Desktops
The low profile card are also very low end it looks like. It may need a bigger PSU too.
I can confirm it is 220w

The card seems it goes on the top of the machine which does have length but is narrow but removing the media card would have to be done to install it anyway which I don't use anyway ?

Yea I was having issues getting a some what clear shot,
There is about 1/2 to 3/4" of space,= the closest object on the bottom is the media card which I don't use directly not sure if the system needs it or not basically for cable t.v. ?
From the very back of the machine to the start of the socket 1 5/8" and 5" to the very outside of the socket,
Power wise I don't know which card would be appropriate photo shop cs6 3d says it needs a minimum of 1455mg so I'm not sure if anything within the power restriction would do any good ?
Cheers.
There`s nothing low end about a Quadro video card :)

A Quadro card is a Professional Compute card, not a gaming card. Different engines, designed to do two totally different things.
