I overclocked my CPU in the BIOS,I have Intel Pentium Dual Core 2.60 Ghz
I changed my CPU clock speed and when i boot up my pc and when i check the cpu speed over CPU-Z
and the speed is the same 2600 Mhz.

In the BIOS i chandged my clock speed to 3200 Mhz and other stuff...
I dont have the Integrated Tweaker(M.I.T).

    G620? E5300? If it's a g620 try something like 13x 293mhz bus speed, core voltage around 1.36v or less.

Google is your friend for this, lot of peeps OC'ed these back in the day.
