    I think 8GB in a w7 X64 system is the "sweet spot" unless one runs several virtual machines, uses AutoCAD ro something like that. I have 16GB and rarely see more than 4-5GB in use.

    Asus Maximus VI Hero. You can get it for a good price -sometimes lower than the Asus Z80 pro - especially in a bundle. I like that I can control 3 case fans and a CPU fan independently. Nice features and bundled software as well.

    One more thing to buy cpu cooling fan and all good to go

    Im still deciding which cpu water cooler should I get?

    By "CPU cooling fan", do you mean a complete cooler?
