You'll find some MSI haters here but not me, I've used 7 MSI mobo's and 6 MSI GPU's and not a dog in the bunch.
I didn't understand your point. Is that msi mobo good? Should i get it?

His point is that MSI is not a popular choice among many members here. I have also used several MSI boards and have had great performance with them.

So my final build looks something like this.
    CPU - i5 4570
GPU - Zotac Nvidia GTX 760 AMP edition
    Mobo - MSI H87M G43
    RAM - Corsair Vengeance 2 x 8 GB 1600 MHz
HDD - Seagate Barracuda 2 TB
    PSU - Corsair VS650 650W
Case - CM Elite 431 Plus

But can you suggest some air cooling as it is not sufficient in the case. Any suggestions?
    Thnx

That case is kind of small and limited on usb ports. Make sure it fits your needs, and check the specs to make sure your video card will fit, and what cooler are you going with?

stock heatsink for processor, one front 120mm fan provided with the case and one 120mm aftermarket cooler for the rear of the case. For the aftermarket cooler I will go with CM SickleFlow

    Well thanks for the suggestions.
But the first two cases don't have one basic feature i am looking for. Otherwise those are good options. I want atleast 1 USB 3.0 Port in the front panel.
The thirds overpriced and out of my budget.

Can you suggest cases having atleast the following in my budget (around 60 USD)

    USB 3.0 Ports in front panel(atleast 1)
Front panel cooler support (preferably included with case)
Atleast 2 CD/DVD Bays(5.25") I have two of them from my previous build which I will reuse.
Tool free bays (atleast 3 for HDD if not all)

    Thnx in advance.

I think i have fixed CM N400 for my build. Its priced similar to the Elite 431 Plus. Plus it has dust filters and included 2 fans. Which is great. Its available here. LED fans and window is not necessary but good if available. Then i don't need to purchase extra CM sickleflow. I think i should fix it.
