I wouldn't. The one time I ordered directly from them (three tiny cables), they grossly over packed them in an enormous box with a bajillion (give or take a gazillion) air pillows (a padded envelope would have been more than adequate) and charged me a fortune for shipping. When I tried emailing them about it, they ignored my emails. My last email to them was to tell them there was no way I would ever buy another EVGA product if that was the kind of customer service I could expect from them (they ignored that one, too).
Well then you let them rip you off or something, because I was charged $4.99 shipping for my 2 cards, and $4.99 for my 1200 P2, and I`ve never had an issue with their customer service. When the fan didn`t run on one of my brand new 980 Ti`s, they sent me another one no questions asked. (turns out it was just a loose cable but I was not about to take apart a brand new card)

Although I should have fixed it myself because the serial numbers were sequential.

I saved $ buying from either amazon or newegg on evga stuff
You have to register their product, if you don`t you won`t get it replaced for free.

I go through EVGA because they do not charge me tax, Newegg does. And when you buy a pair of $669 cards that tax is a lot of money.

Same with Corsair memory, get it right from Corsair.

It's more than just the price. What if one has a problem with an EVGA product while it was still under warranty? Based on my experience with their customer service (or, rather, the lack of it), an EVGA warranty wouldn't be worth the paper it is printed on.
What did you ever buy from EVGA that was under warranty and they wouldn`t replace ?

I've always registered my EVGA products. I've also never had an issue with anything from EVGA.

They sure as heck did rip me off. The jerks charged me $12.95 for shipping. I just figured they were like PPCs, who charge a lot for shipping but the bottom line (product price plus shipping and handling) is reasonable but instead, the idiots shipped three tiny cables (they could have fit in a #10 envelope) in a 13" x 11" x 5.25" big box. When I wrote the crooks about it (several times), asking why such a large box, the (and only response) I got was that the responder was passing the buck to someone else who completely ignored me.

Right now it's off. I have played some games with surround turned on and it's nice.

I tried using surround with Imperium Galactica II and while it does work, I'm unable to move the menus closer to the center display. It looks awesome but there is some stretching. Some games are playable but not fun due to the amount you have to turn your head. The three displays measure 6' end to end.

I mainly use surround for Skyrim, Imperium Galactica II and Tachyon - The Fringe
