Jack that's a neat and tidy rig and I'm sure it performs as good as it looks. I really love the look of the custom bent clear rigid tubing and the soft glow it gives off. I'm sure the camera doesn't do it justice in the right light conditions !

    Looking good Patrick.
Step at a time you are showing improvements. That is good. I don't know if one ever gets done. I get one of those thoughts when I look at my system; what if I do this how will it look. Then I try something else.

You are correct. It does look better in person. That is because of the lighting and my lack of ability to take quality pictures. What I was trying to get is a soft look where the lights don't drown out everything but stood out softly. I wanted the tubes to be a little less standoffish than the cylinders and the cylinders to look a deep clear blue.

I have some more light coming to try to improve what the silver looks like in the background and to add some to the small window. I think some blue spot lights should do the trick.

I like the tubing because it eliminates about 10, 45 and 90 deg. and flexible fittings. I didn't want it to look like a case full of fittings and nothing else is seen.
When you do the tube bending method you have to do more planning where you put things. Tubing only bends in so many ways without buckling. I added the cylinder to the right just to put a balance to how it looks. It's not needed to improve the cooling.
The system runs very cool with or without the extra cylinder.
I have a bunch of bucks in lighting that I have tried and it just don't work well or they just don't produce the look I'm trying to get. All light are not created equal.
Wiring in a bunch more lights will be a challenge.

I would like to have clear windows instead of tinted. But I don't know what I can do about that. I have hand polished the windows to make them as clean as possible. It did help a little. That took about 2 hours.

Time and step at a time. Slowly it will all come together in our builds.

I don't want to discourage anybody from building their own system the way they want it. You must just be willing to spend a lot of time on planning, homework, trial and error and experimenting. It's like building your own race cars just a lot cheaper.

I do know it will be about 10 days before my new light come in but I have no idea how long it will take me to get them the way I want them. I hope these new lights will do as I think because I'm tired of buying lights.

Thanks! I love the case! My only gripe about it is the poor airflow for the intake fans. they really didn't think that through. I bought a red sleeved 24pin adapter along with the 6 and 8 pin gpu adapters, but when i got the 6+2 pin gpu adapter, it was 8 pins on the GPU side, but only a 6 pin connector to attach to the PSU, so i said screw it. didnt want to event take the risk of it now applying sufficient gpu power. My gpu cables are black and so are the CPU power cables, the only ones that were bothering me was the 24pin because of the different colors. Anyhoot, I cleaned up the wiring a LOT and painted those little white washers on the gpu fan to black along with the fan wires. Nothing is standing out too much now. But anyway, i can finally say that im completely happy with it.

Patrick you are completely happy with your build and you should be it looks great.

Don't think your done. You will think of something that you will want to try or do to your build.
This building computers is a disease and their is no cure. It can only be pacified by doing more things to your computer. Just admit it your hooked.

Lol oh yea I am hooked, but I can resist! What's helping me more or less is the fact that I have 20 cents in my bank account. Lol.

What I was thinking is that the 780ti is blue the same price as my 780. So I was thinking about returning it and buying that card instead.
