LOL - Thanks, guys. Seems like you guys have good taste in PC components as well.
The fans are awesome. I like them a lot. Admittedly though, they are a little noisier than I thought they'd be, being Noctua fans, but I knew they were going to be somewhat noisier than the more usual slower fans that have less airflow and static pressure potential.
I prioritized performance and quality over silence. Don't get me wrong though, at lower RPMs they aren't silent, but not what I'd consider to be a distracting deterrent. I probably wouldn't recommend them to someone that prioritizes silent operation over performance potential as these fans are designed for performance with their specified speed range being from 800 to 3000 rpm, airflow potential at 269.3 m³/h (158.5 cfm), and static pressure potential of an amazing 10.52 mm water.
I do like looking at other peoples builds. Give me ideas. Ideas are good.
Keep the builds coming with pictures.
Upgrades include : new EVGA G2 1300 to replace the tT 750. A second MSI R9 280 3G. And my RMA for my gskill ram (2x4) finally came in.
Before any cable management.
PSU is longer than my case likes. Intake fan at the bottom was an issue so...
I moved it, used two screws and zip ties. Works for now until I can come up with a better plan without upgrading cases I hope...
Back I got a little zip tie happy. I ran out of small zip ties ... And I'll change the colors to all black eventually but it's what I had on hand...
After clipping ends (and some OCD color change as I found a small stash of small black zip ties)...
