Misfit,
I love the rad in the front it makes such great sense as long as you don't need the space for an optical or other......great job !

Thank you all for the compliments.
According to Corsair’s instructions, the Radiator is designed to draw in cool air so it only makes sense to have it in the front and exhaust hot air out the top and back. I did loosely fit it to the top to see how it looks and personally I think it looks better at the front. But there is the option for top mount should you require the space.
I’m not done yet. Still need sleeved power cables for the second graphics card. I am also contemplating building my first custom water loop
Hello guys, how are you doing?
Long time no see...
I haven't been around for quite a while but it feels like I never left. When I gather the nerve I´ll tell you the whole story.
Meanwhile, here's the last rig we delivered.
It doesn't look like much aesthetically or design wise, but specs wise I believe it is the meanest gaming rig we've done so far.
- I7 5960X
- Asus Rampage V Extreme
- 16GB 4x4 Corsair Dominator Platinum 2666MHz CL15
- 2x Asus GTX 980 Strix OC
- NZXT Hale92 V2 1200W (I really like this PSU)
- NZXT Phantom 630 Windowed Edition Matte Black
- Samsung 850 EVO 500GB
- 8TB 4x2GB WD Black RAID 10
- XSPC Raystorm, XSPC EX 360, XSPC Dual Bay Res, Laing D5 PWM, XSPC & Enzotech connectors, XSPC High Flex tubing, ID Cooling fans, Mayhems XT-1 coolant.
A mean beast, seriously. 4000Pts Unigine 4.0 with no OC on the cards or CPU.
I hope you like it.
As always, criticism and ideas that we can use on our next builds are more than welcome.
Cheers,
Juan
