Help me build a gaming computer!

Hello fellow members of the sevenforums community! Myyoyo97 here, bringing you a new topic where I have a question about getting a new computer.

My current computer is in really bad shape as we speak. It could break down any minute! I was thinking of buying a new computer focused on gaming. I want a good gaming computer that will be in the category of $1500.

Can anyone help me choose what parts would be good?

    Thank you for your time.

SSD for operating system and most or all applications. Figure $80 on up

Probably an Intel i5 for the processor; say $250

Motherboard: Asrock, Gigabyte, or Asus; say $125

RAM: 8 GB of DDR 3; about $80

Standard hard drive, 1 TB unless you need more: maybe $80

Case if needed; allow say $100, from Fractal or Antec or Corsair

Power supply: 500 to 550 watts, Seasonic or XFX; $100 maximum

    That's $815.

Add an operating system if you need it for $100.

    A few fans: $50

Blow the rest on a video card.

Just to give an alternative view, you can get an A-10 7850 Kaveri GPU and then get a graphics card as well and setup crossfire.

I have the a10 7700 kaveri with no Graphics card yet and I can play BF4 with no issues.

you could also upgrade a few other components a little more and get something a bit closer to the 1500 mark that you have in mind. As far as specifics go; Im not a expert in the pricing category so i dont know exactly what prices etc will be as it depends on what brands etc u have in mind.

Well my own computer is rather new about 6 months old now.
And I payed around the same price as your looking for now.

Maybe use my own build as a lay-out replace some parts, I expect some part will be cheaper now.
Can play any game I want on the highest graphical settings at the moment.

Maybe get a bigger SSD or a better graphic card are good suggestions.

I cant get used to using the keyboard/mouse. Very hard as a lifelong console gamer.
