To make sure I understand you correctly.
You can not boot with ram in slot 2 & 4.
But it will boot with ram in slot 2 only.
It will boot with ram in slots 1 & 2.

Your strung out 1 sentence is hard to understand.
yhea sorry about that my punctuation is horrible and spelling
ok 1 and 2 can boot on there own or together no problem
but as soon as i put any ram in 3 or 4 it will not boot

If this is correct I would think it is the motherboard.

Has this problem always been there??

Does your manual show the same ram location as the picture I posted for the online manual?

Their is something else that comes to mind.
When installing the motherboard a stand off in the wrong position or a extra one can cause all kinds of goofy problems.

Double check to make sure they are correct.

Get in touch with the manufacture.

Spend some time on the MSI forum. Their should be someone there that can give guidance to MSI RMA policies.
