    Corsair fan power inverting


    Hi. Can i switch the connectors around to make the fan spin the opposite way? Dont ask why please. And if possible can someone tell me which ones they are?

    I believe you are talking about pwm fans, you have to turn the fan around. Look at this wiring diagram

    And no, you can turn the connector around to make it spin the opposite direction.

    I wouldve turned the fan around but i kind of need to make them do this. Please read the above reply

    I may be wrong, but I don't think fans are designed to work in reverse......sure you can make them spin backwards but the whole air flow dynamic and engineering that when into the fan is now worthless.

    Turning them around should not make a difference. Can you post a pic of them mounted? If they are not secured it can cause vibration.

    Having mounting holes at each corner on both sides suggests they can be mounted either way, blow air out or in.
