    Hello DA.

That one's a 47" that does 1920x1080P, 5000:1, 5ms response. It doesn't get to be a TV very often. I'm very happy with it as a monitor though. Hi-def is amazing.

    hey Barefoot
im pretty sure hi-def is amazing...
as for me the best i can hit is 1440x900 (its widescreen so its alright...)
most of the video that i work with is h.264 at 720 so i cant even begin to image once i get a 1080p video camera....
(my processor and gpu would die rendering 1080p though (on my notebook at least)...)

Well things will get better once you finish school; that's what's important right now though; right?

    Hello Folks.

Here are some pics of my set up; some aren't that good because of the lighting in my office. Some with my 26" as both TV or monitor.

    My 1st Spider

I love my Spider! :) AMD Phenom 9600 (Zalman Cooling), Sapphire ATI 4870 1GB DDR-5, 4GB Mushkin XP2-8500 Ascent (with eVCI heatsinks), Creative Labs X-Fi Fatality FPS Champion 64MB-XRAM, 2x500GB Barracuda 7200.10 SATA RAID-0, on a Jetway Hummer Studios HA04-Extreem Mobo (AMD-790FX NB, ATI-SB600 SB) PSU: 600W Ultra SLI.

    :)

Yes I am getting a Phenom 2 on a DDR-3 Platform to replace it...
    >but for the price< it's the best RIG I've built or seen. The mobo is not very English friendy but OCs awesome and has micro reset, power and clear CMOS switches right on the mobo and a little HEX readout for troubleshooting. I usually buy ASUS but my last build was off the A8N32-SLI Delux and that mobo got hot as hell! The Jetway hovers between 40-45C at idle or under load thanks to it's massive heat-pipes and heat-sinks. Slap it all in a Thermaltake Armor case and make your friends cry when they see you playing Crysis set at Very High in DX10 with 8x AA on

Vista tried to Eat my Soul! Thank You Windows 7 :)
    Windows 7-64/ATI Cat 9.1
    It ALL Works!!!?
