I wanted the 780i but none of my local stores had it at the time and the one that I got the 750i from was a very good salesman, if I was you I would definitely go for the 780i or better.

EVGA nForce 780i Series
I believe the 780i FTW has all solid capacitors and a slightly different Chipset cooler but aside from that I think they are much the same.
Here are some pics of my first build. Been up and running for 9 months now. This board has been a solid preformer.
