I built my girlfriends rig in this NZXT 410 and I can tell you it's flipping great case and gives up very little to much more expensive cases !

One more question please .... what makes it different for a top mounted PSU and a PSU at the bottom?
With a quality case a power supply installed in the bottom the intake will be filtered air and will exhaust out the back of the case. Therefore the case interior is cleaner and cooler.

I don't understand what you mean you can't but it in your area.
Are not things allowed to be shipped in when buying online.

Corsair Carbide Air 240 looks nice too, the way the PSU stand on back side to hide the cables management. The main has no 5,25 drive bay! It has the compacity with quite good fans, up to 9.
