I don't know why you would want these hard drive coolers.

Masscool Hcc-S2bl Hard Drive Led Cooling System

Larger fans blowing across them will be quite sufficient and quieter (40mm 40000 rpm fan will nor be quiet). If you want to put something in the 5.25" bays, put the SSD there and use one of the disk drive chassis for the spinners.

Well for a couple of reasons.. I want as frosty a system as I can possibly can get in addition to noise reduction. I have used them before... their quite as anything which surprised the heck out of me in addition to their cooling quality... thanks for the input

Amazon just listed it wrong. It's a steel chassis.
Which is no problem. It's a great case.

    Phanteks Enthoo Primo | Phanteks

    Case Specifications

    Dimension

    250mm x 650mm x 600mm (WxHxD)
    Form Factor

    Full Tower Chassis
    Material(s)

    Aluminum Faceplates, Steel Chassis
    Motherboard Support

    ATX, EATX, mATX, SSI EEB

I have been doing some research on the X99 motherboards and it's going to be hard to pick one.
I have found some sites stating that state problems with just about every brand including Asus.
I don't really put a lot of faith in NewEggs customer reviews.

I think I'm going to just wait until more reviews are done.

I would suggest holding off on the Sound Card until you get the system put together.
Some of the top of the line motherboards just might have as good of sound as sound card.

Take a look at KLipsch-THX/ 2.1 speakers. I have two sets and they are great for the money.

With that case and proper fans you should not need hard drive coolers.
You also problably won't need a usb 3.0 usb card with todays new motherboards. You could always add it later if needed.

I would also recommend taking a look at these fans.

Noctua.at - sound-optimised premium components "Designed in Austria"!

Phanteks PH-F140SP Computer Case Radiator Fan

Any Corsair AIO water cooler I have used I had to replace the fans because of noise.I replace them with Noctua fans.

Could you tell us how much money you intend to spend?
Could you also tell us what you intend to use this computer for?
    Great input thanks!
I am in the process of taking your advice and reviewing fan choices...

I am looking at spending 5-6K

The rig is going to serve a number of purposes.. AutoCad-Commercial Kitchen Design, 3D modeling for the same, Office, Free time gaming, and potentially at least down the road a media center still thinking that through
