How to proper ventilate my PC?

Hello guys, I am not sure whats the problem here, my first guess is that my PC is overheating or maybe the CPU is not working correctly with my GPU? Please help me out.

I own a Cooler Master Case K350 a Cooler Master Thunder 700W and a Gigabyte GA-970A-DS3P, my question I have a AMD Phenom II X2 processor and a AMD Radeon R9 200 Series 256bites. I posted here ( BSOD After 20-30 minutes on computer (while playing/Standby) ) that my computer was shutting down for other reason, however I want to know what should I do in order to prevent overheating or if the problem is something else,

When I play some games (Warframe, Dota 2, BF3) in ultra specs, the computer overheats and it shuts down. However when I play BF3 in low resolution it shuts down in 10-15 mins after I start playing.

Whats the cheapest and most efficient way to prevent overheating? (or maybe my specs are wrong and I need to update something!)

    Thanks!

Did this overheating begin only recently?

If yes, did you make any hardware changes around the time things began to heat up? Have you been inside the case since things were OK?

What are your actual measured temps, measured by at last 2 methods?

The standard recommendation is a better heatsink or better/more fans or a better case, but none of that would apply if things were cool at one time with this hardware.

Did you perhaps dislodge your cooler?

Are all of your fans known to be spinning at typical RPM?

    1. What makes you thing your system is overheating?
    2. What programs did you use to measure your temps with?
    3. What kind of cooling does your case have now?
    4. What kind of cpu cooling do you have?
    5. Why did you leave the thread of yours that essenbe was giving you help. Believe me he is fully capable of helping with cooling problems.

It's very difficult for members to help you when you have more than one thread with one computer that has problems.

Zapper you are not bothering me. I just want to be able to follow you with your problem and maybe I can help.
We understand that new members don't know all the ropes. That is not a problem; we will guide you.

It looks like your BSOD from the other post is going well.
When you get that thread done we can work on your cooling.

I have looked up your case and I believe we can guide you to good air flow. I have to go and test I eye lids for holes but will be back.
