Thoughts on tiny HTPC/Media server?

Newegg wishlist

The purpose of this system is to act as a Media HTPC/server that can also play Steam games by streaming from a proper (more powerful) gaming pc. It will host my movie and music collection for the household but will be basically handle any media requests you throw at it (although Steam games will be streamed from a more powerful system, currently my laptop).

The current drives are currently placeholders (as there's only one M.2 and bluray optical on, and I might eventually resort to streaming media from a desktop PC with a whole RAID of drives), but everything else I think is good. I have a couple valid Windows 7/8 licenses from my college dreamspark program that I can use for this. I have not yet thought out the software and input devices.

Are the GPUs in the new Intels any good for basic htpc/server use?
Check my System info for the details. I have recently purchased all the parts for a computer from Newegg (still waiting for it), with the understanding that the HD graphics capabilities of the Sandy bridge Pentiums will be more than capable of playing back most formats flawlessly (and being able...
