Advice on my first custom build

Hello, I am thinking about buying a new PC, and decided to custom build it myself for the first time. I tried to check if the parts I picked are good (stable) and compatible, but I will appreciate any input. I don't know if the CPU comes with the cooling equipment, so I didn't include it.

Is the mobo good? I picked one of the cheaper ones since I don't require any special slots apart from 4 DIMM slots.
Also, what PSU should I include? Is my old 450W PSU good enough for this setup?

    Motherboard
    ASUS B85MG

    CPU
    Intel® Core™ i5-4460 (6M Cache, up to 3.40 GHz)

    GPU
    Gainward GeForce GTX 750 Ti

    RAM
    2x Kingston 4GB DDR3 1600MHz

    SSD
    Kingston 120 GB V300 Series 120GB SATA3

    HDD
    Western Digital Blue WD10EZEX 1TB 7200 RPM 64MB Cache SATA 6.0Gb/s

450 watts is fine for that video card and hardware assuming it's a decent quality PSU in good condition.

Socket 1150 motherboard and CPU. Should be OK. Be sure the motherboard has the right features and ports for your use.

WD Blue 1 TB drive is fine for a spinning drive at that capacity. I assume you are going to put the OS and programs on the SSD.

SSD: I'd probably point you to Crucial MX100 or Intel, but there's nothing grossly wrong with the Kingston as far as I know.

RAM: that Kingston should be OK. It's 1.5 volt DDR3.

    No case? No operating system?

    Thanks for the tips.
My old PSU is ANS GT-B450ATX. It should be in good order; it is about 4 years old.
I also have an older Chieftec GPS 450AA-101A (also 450W) which has been working for 3 years and also should be good.
I will use my old case which fits a mATX board and my old installation of Win7.
