Replacing a video card and possibly MoBo in an old PC
So here is the deal: My poor GTX560 most likely got fried and I'm wondering what to replace it with. I am willing to replace a MoBo if need be, but would rather keep my CPU as well as monitors (2 analog 1440*900) for now.
Should I just get myself a new-sih GTX560 or is there a GPU-MoBo combo that will keep my current hardware working while making a future upgrade of other components possible.
What would be a smart way to go about it?
My current rig:
Asus P8H61-M LX2
Intel Core i5-2310 2.9GHz Socket 1155
Kingston HyperX 4GB DDR3-1333 Non-ECC CL9 Red
Corsair Builder Series CX600 V2 — 80 PLUS
Gigabyte GeForce GTX 560 1GB
SSD: Crucial MX100 256GB (system)
HDD : WD 500GB 7200 16MB
2* NEC LCD19WV VGA
