I'd guess that the reason PC Part Picker could not confirm compatibility with your cooler is because Raidmax does not mention the maximum cooler height in its published specifications.

I just spent 10 minutes on Google. All I found is that the width of the case is 8.86 inches, which doesn't tell you anything useful.

I did find some negative comments about Raidmax cases generally, complaining about lack of dust filters and poor cable management.

I would not use that case UNLESS I was willing to take a chance that the cooler would fit---assuming you can't find confirmation with Google.

The Hyper Evo cooler is 159 MM in height. That is 6.3 inches.

Why have 1866MHz RAM if you're not overclocking your CPU? 1600MHz will be plenty.

A 450W PSU is low. You want a 550W at least. You should go for Corsair or Seasonic. Don't cheap out on the PSU.

@Boozad Because AddRAM said that to go for higher speed memory, i had 1600MHz from the first beggning.

Well i guess i'll try to find a compatible case.

Gelid Solutions CC-Siberian-01 51.9 CFM CPU Cooler

Why did you choose this cooler rather than some other random cooler or the stock cooler?

Did you just pick some cooler at random?

If you aren't overclocking, I'd stay with the stock cooler unless you know that the stock cooler will be too loud at your anticipated load levels.

If you are overclocking, I certainly would not use a $9 replacement for the stock cooler.

I notice you have chosen one stick of 8 GB RAM. Do AMD motherboards use the dual channel concept found on Intel boards?

Yes, i looked for a random cooler and took it because whs said i would need a cooler.

Yes they do. The reason i took one stick is because it is cheaper and in the "ScatterVolt" channel on YouTube recommended 1 stick for his GTA V ready build. So i copied that. Should i have 2x4GB or should i stay with 1x8GB?

Ignatz, the AMD stock coolers have always been problematic. Many people complained about them. I think it's better to get it right from the beginning. Those AMDs are real space heaters.

OK, I'll take your word for it.

But if I was going to replace the stock cooler, I'd choose another for a reason, not at random.

Laith: you can always buy a good low profile cooler that would fit into any case, so you wouldn't have to worry about its height. Search the cooler section at New Egg using the search term low profile. There are several good ones out there from Scythe or Noctua. They'd almost certainly be much quieter than the stock AMD cooler as well.

Have you searched for the maximum cooler height acceptable for your newest case choice? Thermaltake I guess?

There is a minor benefit to using dual channel RAM. It's up to you to decide if it's worthwhile or more expensive.
