Is this PC a good build?

So im posting this thread again because the other one is in the wrong section and dead.

So i've been wanting to make a build for quite a long time now and now i thought it was the right time. So basiclly this a gaming rig and rendering. Rendering should not be a problem because i can render on my crappy laptop that is a complete diaster. Anyways here is the build Laith225 - Saved Part Lists - PCPartPicker

I do not plan to upgrade, but when i do i will purshace a new PSU.

2 things i see you need to change for this build and the reason why ,I just built a similar Machine

The MSI970 ,970 Boards are not made for FX chips i recently bought a ASUS 970 Pro that was a Hellian

Do yourself a favor and get the Board made for the FX Models 990FX boards 970's are not worth the headache and the power currents going through the board are more than what it was supposed to do

Now also 8320 is a good chip but The 8320E is $100.00 on the nose and they both OC the same i mean you could save $40 bucks on the same performance also the E model is 95w vs the 125w non E

Here is my Thread on this build BTW this might actually help you on your Build

AMD FX8230E Big Bang for your Buck

    AMD FX-8320E 3.2GHz 8-Core OEM/Tray Processor (FD832EWMW8KHK) - PCPartPicker

AMD FX 8320E Black Edition 3.2GHz Eight-Core Socket AM3+ Boxed Processor 423988 - Micro Center

Updated. I choose the 8320 regular because it has higher speed. I'm not interested in overclocking. Oh well if i want to take that speed i can OC to 3.5 anytime.

This is a 95 Watt CPU. The stock cooler may be a bit light. I would investigate better cooling options.
