Having only two front bays will help keep the budget in line. The more you have, the more you want to fill them. :) All four of mine are filled but I could probably squeeze-in another accessory if I moved my SSD and pulled one of the HDDs. I'm torn between a second DVD or a temp monitor panel. (Ignore the dust.)

Yea I'm a bit torn with the front usb ports on the top :/
Not sure why they put them there it seems unusual to me which is why I didn't get the case with the front door model for noise reduction.
All I really need is a dvd burner doo-da my stereo is way better than anything I could put on a computer :)

Possibly would add something for swapping out ssd's in front it would be easier to do rather than inside the case,
I have a dual ssd hot swap evo already ? although not the prettiest item ever created it's very functional.

Just get the Z87, at that price I grabbed one

    Motherboards | SABERTOOTH Z87 | ASUS USA

    Motherboards | SABERTOOTH Z97 MARK 1 | ASUS USA

Gav (Boozad) has one and he loves it.

What cpu do you intend to put in it ?

    The 4690K or the 4790K ?

That is the last item for the first round the mother board,
Reviews are pretty bad for either one I would probably do the z97
It has or at least newegg shows it has the 5 year warrantee

    The z87 doesn't show that ?

What reviews ? You can`t believe them, my Z77 works perfectly :)

ASUS Sabertooth Z87 motherboard review - Introduction

And the Z87 is just an improvement on it, and it has 8 internal 6Gbps sata port and 2 esata ports, my Z77 only has 4 6Gbps sata ports and 4 3Gbps ports and 2 esata ports.

Not that that`s ever been an issue.

The warranty is 5 years. Just scroll down to the near bottom of the link I posted.

You will have to update the bios to run the Devil`s Canyon cpu, why that is, I have no idea.

That is an excellent choice on a PSU

    EVGA - Products - EVGA SuperNOVA 750 G2 Power Supply - 220-G2-0750-XR

    I'm off of Newegg
I'll never buy anything from them again with their shit drivers discretion drop and run policy with ups
I couldn't get any assurances so I canceled the z87

They seem to think it's a ups issue but in reality it's an agreement between Newegg and ups
ups points at Newegg and Newegg points at ups

I point to other places to buy stuff.

I hear that, I worked at UPS for 5 years, seen it all, but so far I`ve never had a damaged product come from Newegg via UPS, and I`ve ordered alot.

The Z87 is the same price at Amamzon, but who do they use for delivery, I think Fedex and the USPS are the best.

Difference in amazon is I can reason with them
Once it ships (I did it after purchase) I can call them and tell them to inform the delivery company signature only/ drivers license only :)
I live in a apartment/ condo where neighbors come and go which most I wouldn't trust as far as I could throw them
Not to mention people follow ups drivers and take the stuff they know full well ups will drop it and run.

That sucks, fortunately I know when my UPS driver will be pulling up, so I keep an eye out, and my neighborhood is very good, things like that don`t happen here :)
