Can I use a generic PSU for this GPU?

    I'm not an electrician.

    The USA uses a 120 volt power grid. That PSU would not be suitable for use in the US.

    It's up to you to find out if the Philippines uses 120 or 220 or whatever. If it's for sale in the Philippines, my guess would be that it is compatible with the Philippines power grid.

    I don't know that for a fact. It's up to you to find out. Ask your vendor, ask an electrician, ask a PC builder in the Philippines.
