I'm willing to spend the extra for a 970, it's just a matter of transferring the funds to my checking and calling the bank to temporarily raise my spending limit. (normally I can only spend $200 per 24 hour period)

    Hi,
If you're not in a big hurry Black Friday might be a good buy time on Newegg or Amazon,
Newegg hasn't been charging tax lately

if u can afford a 970, thats the sweet spot for a GPU on a budget
I would get one but isn't that a bit overkill for XP Pinball?

    So it's been revealed :)
Still not worth paying more for a Corsair label when EVGA's G2 and P2 are less money and just as good

    Yep good list :)
I sent a RM 850 back Chicony Power piece of junk.
Although I just hated the cables the unit it's self was a lot less weight than the 850P2 Super flower which the cables were perfect :)

I also set my Newegg wishlist to email me if any of my items go on sale, which there are at least three different 970s in there. hoping at least one does before then. If not, my best bet is Black Friday. And then Christmas.

Okay, dumb question time. What's the difference between an ATX and an ATX12V power supply, if anything?
