Thanks for the links people, I saw them. Because I'm plaining this before 4 years, I know what to do with the big part of the project, but proposals are always welcome. :)
I confirmed one thing, that I'll need to mark the parts directly on the table and after that to be cutted. The rest of desk will be finished, except that one for the pc. I need to mark correctly for the I/O shield, cables, psu, hdd/ssd and that to be propertly cutted.
That will be done in this week, I hope. Again, thanks for the help, and if anyone have some other ideas, they are welcome.
I'll continue updating the thread, untill it's finished. :)

I don't really get the point of the exercise but we all have our preferences. I'm happy to have my PCs sitting slightly raised from the ground by the side of the desks. If you want it hidden from view you could consider building a separate cabinet with a door but ventilation may be an issue even when built into a special built desk.

I've seen lots of PCs built into desks. They take up less room than a desk with the PC off to one side or in a separate cabinet. Not everyone builds a PC into a desk to hide it; there is also the WOW! factor when done correctly. Do an image search for "PC in desk" and you'll see what I mean about the WOW! factor.

Nothin' wrong with that. 'Tis one reason many of us build our own PCs.

I would make sure the desk uses mobo stand offs for a ATX and or MATX so you have future proofing. Use a platinum PSU at 850 watt and above !
