Hi Stalker brate. Could you test the monitor (P2417H) for the flickers? I'm about to get the one, but I'm afraid is it PWM free or not. You can do it with a good camera in a way I did on the video with my LG Monitor moving camera closer-further to the screen. Use VIDEO mode as well.
A very important thing to reduce the brightness level to as low as possible level (0-50%max).

ATM I can't do that test, because I don't have free time this days (too busy with work). Will record after I get some free time. >)
Me back again. Got some cable management from the outside, and fixed some bad sound from the hdd/psu because they were in direct contact with the table.(you know that sound)
I used silent screws from my Deep Cool Gamer Storm fans. Also got some cable organizers from AliExpress, they have done great job. :)
