AM3+/AM3 Motherboard Recommendations

So, I have decided to slowly upgrade my old custom desktop the same way I built it, little by little. I have done quite a bit of research, but was wondering if maybe anyone else has any recommendations on some motherboards that would be good and/or budget-y, but still deliver a decent and snappy performance that is decently upgradeable for the next couple years.

Current board is GA-MA78LM-S2H, AM2 / AM3, Up to 2xDDRx2 (1066MHz O.C.), 1 PCI Express 2.0 1/16, 2 PCI, USB 2.0... yadda yadda.

Summary of above:
  • Socket Type / CPU Support: AM3+ AM3 / Support for Athlon II X4 and upgradeable up to 4200MHz FX-4xxx CPU.
  • Memory Type / Slots: DDR3(the higher the better in MHz) / 4
  • Chipset / On-board Graphics: No preference really... 880, maybe? / Not necessary
  • Peripheral Ports: SATA III hopefully and at least 4-5 ports.
  • Expansion Slots: PCI Express 3.0 (impossible? 2.0 is fine) at least 1 - x16... extra PCI slots are not necessary.

Given all of the above I believe that either ATX or mATX would be fine... mostly concerned about having 4 DDR3 slots and being able to use my current Athlon 630 withe the option to upgrade up to an FX-4170 or its 125W younger brother.

Oh... here are some of the boards I have been considering. (Note: Some may not have the FX upgradeability) *All links from Amazon.com
