dumping dead PC for parts, which should be ok to sell off?

computer I built from scratch finally had too many probs to track down so I got a dell win 10 that has not had a blue screen in 2 whole days lol. From old computer removed the drives (including OS). It has a massive antec metal case, good power, good fans, good processor cooler, memory passed memtest for 12 hrs recently, and two internal dvd recorder drives.
Have not removed the i7 processor yet, the intel test showed failure at temperature function whatever that is. should I sell it with the processor do you think?

    Thanks for your input

btw all the parts are 8 years old at least

did just read the temperature fail may be because the processor is so old it does not support functions that would make it pass
