The prices seem to be dropping so much, I'm beginning to think they are coming out with some newer faster ones soon. Of course, the prices will be quite different for the newer ones. :)
From an OP's experience with Aria PC in a thread Steve and I are working, I'd not go there. OP has a bad GPU it seems, Aria tested it with Furmark for 30 minutes or so.
You're correct you can get a 1tb now for an amazing price but it's no crystal ball that as time marches on in say 6 months to no more than a year we'll see solutions well over 1tb at competitive pricing. Also m-sata integrated on almost all mobo's hiding under our GPU's !
I suspect SATA M.2 will soon replace mSATA before it can get to walking stage.
