Just found a deal for a Z97 and an i7-4790k for $290 (₱12,900). The CPU must be bundled with a Gigabyte or MSI mobo. I'm tempted to buy it right now, but I already have a build in mind. I don't know how long it will last. International shipping is available, but you must contact the store first.

Reading the ad, I believe they are selling the processor for ₱12,900, but only if you buy a motherboard too (at additional cost).
