This should be a fun weekend sells event :)
Pre 4th sells have been a bit disappointing though :/
I do wonder why good sales on products has anything to do with this nation celebration of the Declarations of Independence.

    Yep,
    I can't see a sell going very far mostly just because it's Monday-Sunday :)

I suspect there are people off work on Friday or Monday and the retailers want us to shop online or at the store. Here in Indy we have been flooded with car dealer adverts on TV.....

How does this compare to Macrium free?
I have downloaded it and will install and ruin at least three off my machines then I'll figure it out. Oh those wonderful pain meds......

Macrium is a Backup/Imaging utility, not a data recovery utility.
MiniTool Power Data Recovery is a data recovery utility, not a Backup/Imaging utility.

There is a pretty good description of the features on the Windows Deal page for the Minitool utility.

It has to do with the freedom to indulge in corporate greed fueled by consumer greed. I haven't bothered to look at any of the sales since I don't really need anything right now.
