Sounds like a top secret setup. I'll be watching for more pics as soon as they are de-classified.
Lol. I can make a diagram if you would like.

I just took apart 2 old CD drives for their bottom chassis (to use to screw into the case).
Now I need to figure out how to get them connected to the plate....

I don't need a diagram, I'm not going to be doing anything like that myself but I would like to see how yours turns out.
    Will do.

Gah. This drive mounted business is annoying. Not sure how to get it to fit...

I also need to wait for my mom to come home so I can drive to radioshack for potentiometer and resistors to test.

Lordbob, you got me itchin' for a paint job!
But my great delimma... If I opt for the paint job, I'll have to dismantle my pc -- and I don't think I can go without it for any length of time

That was my issue to, but in the end, I am happy I did it. It was only for 25 hours anyways.

Plus I had my laptop to use

Basically, a day? (Forgive me for I have not every single post) But did you do the painting?

You mean did I paint it myself?

I bought a can of primer and satin black paint, and took everything apart. Took me about 3 hours to tape and paint, then had to dry for 24 hours.

    Now I'm really intrigued...

No sanding? You just taped, then primered and painted?

    Hmm...

Yeah. I taped over anything that was already painted black. The metal didn't need sanding (the paint said so) and it would have given it a bad finish if I had.

    2 coats of primer
1 coat of Satin Black (though I should have done 2, just didn't have the paint)

    Hello All,

Please forgive my ignorance. I just the HAF 932 and am having problems simply identifying where the H.D.D LED and other USB wires go on my motherboard. Can anyone please assist?

Without knowing the make/model of your motherboard it's hard to give an exact answer - but normally the 'headers' are labelled on the mobo itself. ('headers' are what you plug the cables into)

Typically the 'headers' are located in the bottom right hand corner of your mobo. The USB headers are separate from the HDD LED etc

If in doubt, check your motherboard manual, or alternatively see if you can download the manual.

As smarteyeball said, check your manual or download it if you don't have it.

If you need some help, fill in your system specs or post them and someone will likely know the answer, or point you to the information.
