hello i was on my pc the other day when the desktop back and the taskbar froze and i get this error
then i get a message
explorer has stopped workin click here to restart
it keeps on happenin
any help

Check event viewer and see if there is any further detail available on the error - post back with this info and it may be possible to tie the problem down.
you could also try a system file check "sfc /scannow" in an elevated command prompt
nothing there
it hasnt happened agen mainly because i now only use my pc for a couple of hours then i turn it off
