Some simple "peace of mind"
Does this stack up as being ok?
CPU-Z Validator 3.1
What is the possible issue?
I think that CPU is rated at 2.8?
In my experience, the speed shown never exactly matches the rated frequency.
I'd say it all looks OK, unless my eye deceives me.
Nothing is the issue. There is just some numbers i don't think are quite the way they are spose to be... eg my GPU and Memory clock should be double to what it is say now
Have you been attempting an overclock?
My overclocking days are long behind me, but I wonder about that 2:3 ratio shown on the memory tab. Is that a default memory setting? If it is not default, can you temporarily set it to default and see what it reads? I just don't recall all that ratio stuff from my overclocking days.
I don't know anything about the graphics card.
CPUZ always shows it that way, just multiply what it shows by 2. Don't forget the first D in DDR stands for double.
For the video card, looks like it is in low power mode. Or at least lower power mode when running more than one monitor, or depending on what driver version you are using with only a single monitor. With a single monitor it usually goes to somewhere around 125/250 on the core/memory, or shows like yours is if running 2 or more or you have the bugged (for some) version that goes like yours is with only one monitor.
