    Windows 7 x64 mouse accel

I just upgraded from W7 32bit to 64bit and I'm noticing a big change in my mouse. I'm experiencing a lot of mouse accel, and I can't seem to be able to turn it off. I've tried several mousefixes (including Mark C's) and tweaks in W7 but nothing seems to work.

Is it the 64bit version that has this problem? IE will it work if I downgrade to 32bit again?

    Thank you

Did you go to control panel >mouse to adjust speed? It would be under mouse>pointer options

Did you try the New ROCCAT Kone Driver? Web site says:

We present to you the BETA version of the new ROCCAT Kone driver. It is not only compatible with all Windows 7 versions out there, but also with Windows XP 32 bit and all Vista versions. Everyone will be able to benefit from the new functions. With the Kone you now also have your music and videos in your grip: Now you can control Windows Media Player™, Winamp™, iTunes™ and VLC™ with the Kone: You i.e. want to bind “Play” or “Next Track” to buttons of the Kone? Or maybe pump up the volume? No problem with the new Driver.
