If you have "Microsoft" Security Essentials installed try uninstalling it. That worked for me.

Hallooo! ok, i think im kinda late but if you right click svchost.exe in task manager > Properties > safety
uncheck the boxes: Read and run , change. there you have it. thats how i did and it worked for me. It may not be translated correctly. swedish :)
