Windows 7 Starter how can I speed up runs slow

I have Windows 7 Starter & it runs slow on a samsung netbook with 2gb ram. How can I speed up i have very few programs running in background when it starts up? Thanks Dorothy

what model netbook is it? Chances are that you will not be able to speed it up.

Samsung N150 with 2 gb memory came with 1 and i doubled to max of 2gb

Hello Dorothy.

Have a look at this handy little tutorial at the link below to see how to figure out which startup programs/app you can safely remove from the PC startup to maybe get a better startup time.
