Support dock process is eating up my resources, please help!

Something is taking up all my system resources causing my computer crash a lot, I’ve noticed a process called iYogiURLHit.exe isconsuming my 16-20 MB of RAM even after un-installing the support dock program from my computer, any idea about this program? Is this suspicious?

    File location C: \Program Files\iYogi SupportDock\Services\

    Thanks,

    Hi,

2 things you can do to prevent this...

1, type services into the start search and press enter. Once opened, find the entry for the support dock, double click it and change it to 'manual'.

2, type msconfig into the start search and click the 'Startup' tab. Find the support dock entry and de-select it.
       Note
You will have to restart after each/both of these changes have been made

    Hope this helps :)
