G'day John Henry,thanks for reply , interesting your Ram usage,I've got 54 processes going I'll have to look at them more closely, my spec's did not have my Firefox active either I have noticed Tea Timer which is part of Spy-Bot was using 3MBs it's for IE and I don't use IE I'm a Firefox client,I must turn things like this off.

Do Memory Cleaners improve the memory usage and performance?
I am currently using MemClean and it not only decreases my memory use but it also seems to improve the general performance of Windows and apps. Is this really the case or is it just my impression?
