    Changes to registry

I have been having problems with a program and finally uninstalled it, but
I have noticed there is still references to it in the registry.
I would like to know how to remove these?
I have made a backup of the registry in case of problems.

    Thanks
    jack

Open regedit, press F2 and enter the item you are looking for, then delete each entry that it finds...

NB!! Always be carefull when editing your registry...

    I think you'll find it's F3 to search

    CTRL+F has the same effect.

Run CCleaner and select the registry cleanup, it'll safely remove any orphaned entries it finds.

There is no need to do anything manually, more likely than not you'll delete something you THINK is related to the uninstalled program, then find yourself in a fix.
