4GB vs. 6GB RAM for build 7137
For my 7137 x64, it seems the system is slower with 6GB RAM than 4GB RAM. Pagefiles are fixed at maximum size as recommended by Windows for both cases. Any one that has 6GB in their system seeing this?

Are they all the same speed, mfr, size, and placed in the correct slots?
Ken
they are not the same speed but I am running them at slower speed than the slowest pair. Yes, they are in the correct slots for dual channel operation.
Both the BIOS and the system detect them correctly.

running them @ the lowest speed should be supported, are the timing and latency the same? Here a clip timing 3,4,4,8 and cas latency 3. Both pairs should have the same even if one pair is 1066, and one 533. Both will run at 533 but might cause hiccups if the timing or latency are diff.
Im gonna pop out and see if I can find something more concrete.
Hope this helped somewhat
