Someone please help with this saving issue

Can someone help me fix this, its driving me insane!!!

Briefly:

[COLOR=#0072BC ! important][COLOR=#0072BC ! important]Desktop[/COLOR][/COLOR]
items are also being saved to my pictures folder.

Example: "[COLOR=#0072BC ! important][COLOR=#0072BC ! important]My [COLOR=#0072BC ! important]computer[/COLOR][/COLOR][/COLOR]" and an essay I wrote in word are on my desktop and in "My Pictures" folder. If I delete them from "My Pictures" folder they also delete from the desktop...

When I save something, I only safe it to the desktop, but it safes there as well...
What is the issue can someone help me stop them appearing in pictures....

Right clik on the pictures folder, select properties. You should see the folders and be able to remove...
