Partial WEI: System Rating is not available

Hello, I've already searched the forum but couldn't find any thread similar to my problem. The problem i'm having is not a big deal but annoying.

-It's related to WEI. In the computer's properties window, it states "System saving is not available".

-I click the link, the WEI window opens. But the ratings aren't displayed. Apparently, if i click the "View detailed info. . . . ." link, my WEI score with all details are displayed the next window that opens.

-If i re-run the assessement, it completes normally but then the whole rating display area goes off.

I've attached the 4 images relating to the respective issues.
I've tried resetting it but it doesn't work. Tried restore, it showed for few seconds, then went off.
    -----------------
Update: Did a reinstall (wiped clean) even, no luck.

There is a log stored at

    C:\windows\Performance\WinSAT\winsat.log

Check it to see if see any errors, something like

    264811 (4012) - winsat\logging.cpp:1763: ERROR:***********

Since your assessment seems to be completing normally, there may be no errors. I know there are threads to remove the WEI folder contents, but they are for when the assessment fails. You might try the System File Checker

SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker

Sfc came fine with no errors. I deleted the winsat log file and datastore folder's contents and re-run the assessment. There were some errors listed in the newly created log file. I'm posting it's contents for you and others to view.

I've actually seen these error on Gigabyte motherboards before. It was a BIOS issue. Do you have the latest BIOS version? Looks to be Ver. 2.08 (scroll down to BIOS)

Do you use Kaspersky? It is also known to interfere with this. If so, try disabling it while you run the assessment.

    Try navigating to

    C:\Windows\Performance\WinSAT\DataStore

Delete all the files from that folder. Restart the computer and rerun the assessment.

I knew this topic is going to be covered here.. . Yes i do use Kaspersky and I've already tried running WEI assessment with kaspersky disabled even completely exited it to no avail.
Tried deleting the old DataStore files to run a fresh assessment but it too didn't do any good.

Well, it was bound to come up :) Gigabyte MB's and Kaspersky are the most common causes. Suggest you run a clean boot to see if assessment will run correctly. You can then troubleshoot the cause, or just see if the assessment will display correctly if you re-enable everything after the assessment does run.

Okay, let's see if clean boot cleans the cause of problem, which i doubt.
