Windows 7 pro and PC Games

    Hi guys

Someone can tell me where to look to find where the problem is.. it seem that my PC as a hard time communicating with my games server and i get server disconnect or a lot of lag.... it happen with CODWAW and Black Op's something is running in the background or a problem with the motherboard i quess. I start having this issue a few weeks ago.

    My PC
Windows 7 pro, Graphic Card: ENGTX 465, Processor Phenom 11 X4 945, Motherboard is M3N78 Pro.. 4 gigs ram

I install both game on another PC Windows XP Pro, Graphic GTS 250, Processor Dual E5200, Motherboard P5KPL CM..... 2 gigs ram
No server disconnection and no lag with the same internet connection..

Everything on my PC as been update Bios, Driver, Sound etc...

I allmost pull out all the few left hair i have......lol

If it is a software, do you have a way to find witch one is causing the problem? and if it is hardware how and where to look.

    Thanks guys i really appreciate..
I own 3 games servers and it's hard to make ajustment when you cant join them...

i dont know if those games auto-update or not, but i just read somewhere that they released a patch to address lag issues.

just found this: Treyarch Developer Dissects Black Ops PC Problems

maybe it will help you figure out whether you are having an issue with the game, or if its a problem with your computer.

have ISP check your connection to server while you are trying to use it.
    chipset updated?
    network driver updated?
run antivirus, malwarebytes and hijackthis to check out your processes
