    Printers not installed


    When I try to print from any program I get the message "Printing not available, no printers installed" When I check both local and network printers are installed.

    Welcome bdshaw to 7 Forums!
    Please fill in your system specs and the type and model of your printer.
    You may have to go to the manufactures site to get the latest driver for your printer.
    Then disconnect the USB cable and wait for instructions on when to plug in the cable.
    Try a different USB port to look for connection.
    Get back to us and tell us your progress.
